The Mayor, Deputy Mayor and councillors of the Mellieħa Local Council would like to congratulate Mireille Borg whom together with Andre Agius won the Innovation Award during the Malta Arts Awards. The award recognizes the best artistic production of the year based on the views and experiences of the audience.
